We excel in front-end and back-end web development, specialising in HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Typo3. We partnered with BD Network, which introduced Bazier, a brand closely associated with Roust’s famous Standard Vodka, to revamp its website, migrating it from an outdated bespoke CMS to a modern framework.
This transition allowed us to streamline the client website features, improve content interactivity, and enhance accessibility, aligning the site with the brand’s premium, globally recognised image.
Bazier vision
Bazier, which shares an identity with Standard Vodka’s focus on quality and tradition, required a website to showcase its premium offerings while reflecting the brand’s global reach and refined heritage.
The existing CMS was limited in flexibility and didn’t support the interactive elements necessary to engage users effectively. We aimed to modernise the site’s design and functionality to meet Bazier’s needs.
Front-end experience
To create a visually immersive experience, we utilised HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery to deliver a sleek, modern front end. HTML5 allowed us to build a structured, semantic layout that supported Bazier’s high-quality visual assets and showcased Standard Vodka’s premium ingredients and production processes.
With CSS3, we incorporated animations and smooth transitions highlighting critical product information, enabling users to explore Bazier’s offerings interactively.
Using JQuery, we added dynamic elements, such as interactive image sliders and scrolling effects, to create a more engaging user experience. These features were designed to captivate users as they navigated through the site, providing an elegant, responsive layout that performed seamlessly across all devices.
Back-end migration
Moving Bazier’s site to Typo3 gave their content team a versatile, user-friendly CMS that allowed them to update content, images, and promotional campaigns easily. Typo3’s modular approach also aligned with the single responsibility principles enabled a powerful design, easy to maintain and upgrade.
This setup empowered Bazier’s team to keep the site up to date, reflecting seasonal promotions or regional launches without relying on developer support.
Search engine optimisation
Accessibility was a priority throughout the project. We structured the site to be compatible with screen readers, included alt text for all images, and ensured strong colour contrast to accommodate all users. Additionally, the Typo3 framework allowed us to optimise SEO elements, from meta tags to clean URLs, enhancing the site’s visibility and reach.
The result is a dynamic, scalable website that captures the essence of Bazier and Standard Vodka, combining rich visuals with intuitive functionality. Our collaboration has equipped Bazier with a digital platform that effectively engages global audiences and strengthens its brand presence online.
