Our mission is to provide easy-to-use, scalable content management systems (CMS) tailored to the needs of non-technical business owners. In Eastern Europe, we worked with Neagoie and Goran, a reputable law firm, to streamline their online content publishing by deploying a Typo3 CMS. We aimed to empower their team to publish high-quality content efficiently, improve SEO visibility, and ensure Google quickly indexed their articles.
Enhanced publishing and SEO
We customised the Typo3 CMS with several essential plugins designed to improve SEO performance, ease publishing, and automate content submission to Google. We included the following plugins:
- Yoast SEO for Typo3 offers a user-friendly SEO interface, guiding users through optimising each piece of content. It helps ensure that pages and blog posts meet the required standards for search engine ranking, such as keyword optimisation, readability, and meta descriptions.
- Quick Publishing Plugin simplifies the content creation process; we integrated a quick publishing plugin that offers a streamlined, drag-and-drop interface. This capability allows users to easily create and format articles without any coding knowledge.
- We added a Google Sitemap Plugin to ensure that new articles are promptly indexed by Google. This plugin automatically generates and updates the XML sitemap whenever new content is published, feeding updates directly to Google Search Console for faster indexing.
Multi-account approach
Given the hierarchical structure of Neagoie and Goran, we implemented a multi-account system to allow team members with different roles to participate in the content creation and publishing process. We structured the accounts as follows:
- Junior publishers had limited access to create and draft articles. They could add content and images and perform basic formatting, but they required approval before the content could go live.
- Senior publishers could review and approve content created by junior publishers. They could also make final edits and publish articles, ensuring the content adhered to the firm’s quality standards.
- The online marketing personnel were given access to the CMS’s analytics and SEO tools, which enabled them to monitor website performance and optimise articles for better search engine visibility.
Visual process diagrams
To help the Neagoie and Goran team visualise the publishing process, we created detailed process diagrams that outlined each step from content drafting to final Google submission.
These diagrams provided a clear workflow, ensuring every team member understood their responsibilities. The process included:
- Drafting content
- Junior publisher content submission for review
- Senior publisher approval and publication
- Quality assurance (QA) checks for formatting, SEO optimisation, and link verification
- Automatic Google submission via the sitemap plugin
These diagrams helped the team grasp the end-to-end publishing process and allowed them to collaborate more effectively.
By implementing Typo3 with tailored plugins, a multi-tier account structure, and visual process guides, we helped Neagoie and Goran establish an efficient, scalable content workflow that ensures consistent, high-quality online publishing.
