Our work focused on creating a seamless digital experience, from backend website development to advanced data management.
Backend systems
QS Global Workplace needed robust backend systems to support their diverse projects. We implemented WordPress and Typo3 for content flexibility, giving QS the tools to manage content seamlessly across multiple platforms. Our team also developed a custom CMS to handle specialised content requirements, enabling QS to manage large volumes of recruitment data efficiently. This backend 360-degree capability gave QS a scalable foundation to manage its expanding user base.
We identified and resolved front-end compatibility issues across multiple browsers specific to the QS recruitment platform. Using a combination of cross-browser testing and responsive design, we ensured a consistent experience across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Our adjustments created a cohesive look and functionality, providing a smooth user experience for QS’s diverse global audience.
Data migration was a critical part of our work with QS Global Workplace. We migrated extensive user data and records between the two systems, ensuring data integrity and security. This transition enabled QS to maintain user continuity and ensured their valuable data remained intact and accessible on the new platform. To support this data migration, we established continuity regarding user authentication; the data migration was transparent.
CV management engine
QS Global Workplace needed a solution to manage CV data more effectively. We developed a PHP-based engine that allows for the simultaneous import and export of multiple CVs, including parsing data based on predefined headings and supporting QS staff for manual updates while prompting which CVs require manual processes. This engine identifies patterns between capabilities and skills, helping QS recognise talent clusters and streamline candidate matching. This advanced tool transformed their recruitment process, making it more data-driven and efficient.
