QuietRoot Solutions

Technology - Bogdan Ciocoiu - custom software portfolio

We provide tailored IT project design and delivery services for MAN (metropolitan area networks), LAN (local area networks) and WAN (wide area networks), web development, digital marketing, and branding. Over five years, we have partnered with QuietRoot Solutions based in Eastern Europe to support the local markets with specialised projects that have driven their growth and improved operational efficiency.

TCP/IP networking solutions

QuietRoot Solutions required a scalable, efficient network to support their expanding business needs. We designed and implemented a network infrastructure based on TCP/IP protocols, ensuring seamless wireless and wired communication across devices and systems (fibreoptic, optical and FTP-based).

Our design adhered to the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model, from Layer 1 (Physical) to Layer 7 (Application). Following the OSI model, we created a structured, secure, and flexible network of over 800 IPs with performance and troubleshooting reporting tools.

We configured Cisco and Trendnet firewalls, routers, and switches, optimising data flow and safeguarding QuietRoot’s network against cyber threats. We leveraged iptables and ipchains using Linux servers (Fedora, Debian, and Redhat) to provide more flexibility regarding network access configuration. Our design allowed QuietRoot to handle increased traffic, supporting their daily operations and growth plans.

Web design and implementation

QuietRoot sought a professional and functional website to engage its audience and represent its brand. We designed and implemented the website on WordPress, providing a user-friendly CMS that enabled easy content updates. Our front-end development team ensured the site was visually appealing, responsive, and accessible across devices.

We deployed microsites on Typo3 for specific campaigns, creating targeted platforms that supported QuietRoot’s strategic goals. Each web project included robust back-end support, facilitating seamless user experiences and secure data handling. Our efforts resulted in an online presence that reflected QuietRoot’s expertise and captured their audience’s attention. We leveraged web services via API to provide a single authentication system for the main website and the microsites.

SEO and PPC

Over five years, we managed QuietRoot’s SEO and PPC portfolio across 30 different projects. Our SEO specialists optimised their websites with targeted keywords, meta descriptions, and technical improvements that boosted search engine rankings. We worked alongside Google’s Panda update to ensure our client’s websites would not be affected. We conducted regular audits using Google Webmasters, Google Analytics, and Piwik to track performance and ensure that each site ranked competitively in search results.

We also designed and managed Pay-Per-Click campaigns, targeting specific audiences with high-converting ads. We monitored each campaign to improve performance, helping QuietRoot achieve a strong return on investment. This dual strategy enhanced their digital visibility, drove quality traffic to their sites, and improved lead generation.

Visual identity

QuietRoot needed a visual identity to resonate with its audience and distinguish its brand from other Eastern European startups. Our designers created a cohesive visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, and typography. We ensured consistency across all digital and print media, building brand recognition and trust.

We partnered with leading printing companies to bring QuietRoot’s visual identity to life. Our close collaboration ensured that all materials, from business cards to brochures, matched their digital branding. This partnership produced high-quality print materials aligned with QuietRoot’s digital presence, reinforcing their brand across multiple touchpoints.
